Inclusion criteria: patient willing to participate in the study with written informed consent, Patients above 60 years of age, patients of either gender, patient suffering fron non communcable disease,

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient non willing to consent, those patients serious/acute illness such as acute myocardial infarction, acute left ventricular failure and diabetic ketoacidosis
