Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. minimum 2 weeks of immobilization post hand injury. 2. both male and females 3. patients with conservative and surgical management

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. open wounds 2. neurovascular impairments 3. patients with psychiatric illness
