Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade I and II patients Aged between 18-60 years of either sex. Patients undergoing hand and forearm surgery. Availability of informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with ASA physical status III or more. Patients with below 18 years and above 60 years. Patients posted for emergency procedures. Patients with major neurological, cardiac, respiratory, metabolic, renal, hepatic disease or with coagulation abnormalities. Patients contraindicated for regional technique. Patients with known allergies to the local anaesthetics
