Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Patients requiring dental implants with poor quality bone D3 D4type 2 Cystic pathologies necessitating osseointegration for dental implants.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Contraindication to injection teriparatide 2 Patient who refused to give consent
