Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male elite Football players 2. Train and play football regularly (2-4 sessions/week for the past 6 months) 3.Competing elite levels (to ensure baseline fitness consistency) 4.Willingness to adhere to the 6-week training protocol and attend all testing sessions 5.Able to complete standard football drills without physical limitations (verified via pre-participation screening)
