Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged between 7years to 14 years. 2. Patients with bilateral class 1 cavity (ICDAS code 2 to 4) on permanent mandibular first molar.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with TMJ disorders, craniomandibular dysfunction 2. Patients with intellectual disability 3. Patients with acute pain or abscess 4. Patients with nonocclusion in the posterior region
