Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presented to investigator with in 48 hours of onset of throat pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Acute follicular tonsillitis. Patient is suffering from respiratory illness, cardiac illness, renal disease, psychiatric illness. Patient withdraw their consent anytime during the course of the study.
