Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Actively participating in training (minimum 3 sessions per week) 2. No current groin injury but may have a history of mild groin discomfort in the past 3. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent (within 6 weeks) groin, hip, or lower limb injury 2. History of hip surgery or diagnosed hernia 3. Neurological or systemic conditions affecting movement 4. Inability to perform physical training due to any health limitations
