Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically and dermoscopically confirmed cases with Minimum 3 IGH lesions of similar extent on body.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not giving informed consent. 2. Patients with unrealistic expectations 3. Patients who had previous topical and surgical measures for same condition 4. Keloidal tendency, active vitiligo, papulosquamous disorders and active infections 5. Bleeding tendencies 6. Cold induced urticaria, cryoglobulinemia

| Outcome of modalities such as 5-Fluorouracil, Cryotherapy and 50% Trichloroacetic acid in repigmentation of lesions of Idiopathic guttate hypomelanosis.Timepoint: Serial photographs will be taken of all patients at baseline, before starting the treatment and after 12 weeks. Pre-treatment and post-treatment photographs of same individual will be compared to assess improvement of each modality. Patient satisfaction will be recorded in the same visit. | — |
