Inclusion criteria: Age group 16-26 Both male female Individuals having score beyond 14 on clinical anger scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Volunteers having any systemic complications or major disease Pregnant and lactating women Volunteers who are on sedative, addiction

The study aims to identify the association between krodha (anger) and ajeerna (indigestion) in young adults by assessing levels of clinical anger using a validated anger scale and evaluating digestive disturbances through a standardized ajeerna questionnaire. This may help in understanding the psychosomatic relationship between emotional factors and digestive health in the context of Ayurveda.Timepoint: Screening Phase: Day 0 Selection of volunteers using the Clinical Anger Scale and validated Krodha questionnaire. Assessment Phase: Day 1 to Day 7 Assessment of selected participants for Ajeerna using a validated questionnaire. Follow-up (if applicable): Day 14 Optional reassessment to observe any short-term changes or consistency in symptoms—
