Interventions

Intervention1: Topical dimethylaminoethanol cream for double chim: Participants will apply a topical dimethylaminoethanol (DMAE) cream once daily at night to the clean, dry submental area for 8 weeks.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 to 60 years 2. Mild to moderate submental fullness 3. No known allergy to topical products 4. Informed & photographic consent provided 5. Willing to comply with study protocol

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactation 2. Recent submental treatments (RF, botox, fillers) 3. Skin conditions like eczema or dermatitis in the area 4. Systemic illness or ongoing steroid/immunosuppressant therapy 5. Active acne in the submental area
