Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children aged 6 to 12 years. Healthy children with no systemic illness.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who require special health care need. Children who require pharmacological behavior guidance technique. Children without parental consent.

MeasureTime frame
All four methods improved oral hygiene in children over 8 weeks. Audiovisual aids, especially via WhatsApp, were most effective. Pamphlets were less engaging, while chairside guidance offered real-time feedback. The AV + pamphlet combo showed the best results, supporting blended approaches.Timepoint: 8 weeks
