Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 6-12 years of both genders, who reported with their parents or legal guardian. 2. Children with the primary complaint of malocclusion without any pain or swelling and history of mouth breathing. 3. Children in the mixed dentition period. 4. No history of systemic illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Children with a documented history of prior orthodontic intervention or those currently undergoing orthodontic treatment. 2. Children in the primary dentition stage. 3. Children with a prior surgical history related to adenoids. 4. Children with developmental delays, congenital anomalies affecting the dentofacial skeleton, and those with cleft lip or palate conditions. 5. Children with a documented history of oral or maxillofacial trauma. 6. Children who had experienced prolonged illness.
