Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Absence of psychiatric disorders Age: 13 to 18 years Enrolled in a senior secondary school in Chandigarh Able to read and write in English, Hindi, and Punjabi Informed assent from adolescents and consent from parents

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of a psychiatric disorder Presence of medically diagnosable or self-reported uncorrected visual or auditory impairment causing communication difficulties. Not giving assent and consent
