Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects in the age group of 20 to 60 years, irrespective of gender, diagnosed with blepharitis. 2. Subjects willing to give written informed consent. 3. Subjects included in the study must have: a) At least one of the following symptoms: itching, redness, burning sensation, or swelling of the lid margin, along with b) At least one of the following signs: presence of yellow crust at the root of cilia of lid margin or presence of white dandruff-like scales.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with any other acute or active inflammatory ocular pathology, eyelid or eyelash anomaly , glaucoma, or ocular hypertension. 2. History of ocular surgery or trauma within the last two months. 3. Subjects with any systemic conditions such as diabetes mellitus, cardiovascular disorders, autoimmune diseases, or bleeding disorders. 4. Subjects currently using systemic medications such as steroids, immunosuppressants, or anticoagulants. 5. Use of topical corticosteroids or topical ophthalmic medications within the past one month. 6. Subjects diagnosed with parasitic blepharitis or posterior blepharitis.
