Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Post puberty adolescents boys and girls aged between 12 and 16 year Use of smartphone above 4 hours Adolescents who wear spectacles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Adolescents with fixed deformities of spine Adolescents who are diagnosed with any neurological or psychiatrist issues Adolescents who carry bag packs more than 20% weight
