Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Recreational badminton players in the age group of 18-25 with bilateral hamstring tightness <125 degree using active knee extension test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any Recent Upper Limb & Lower limb Injury in the past 6 months 2. History of upper limb and/or lower limb fracture 3. History of low back pain. 4. Disc herniation/protrusion. 5. History of any recent surgeries in the past 6 months 6. History of any Neurological and Cardiovascular and Respiratory Conditions.
