Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mothers with neck pain. Women who were in the age of (20-40) years (exclusive breastfeeding mothers) Who were willing to participate in the study. With no previous postural problems. Women with normal vaginal delivery, normal vaginal delivery with episiotomy, LSCS, assisted vaginal delivery. Women with spinal headache. Lactating mothers with minimal duration of three months. Neck disability index with mild and moderate were taken.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers with chronic diseases like cancer, HIV, tuberculosis Postpartum complications like postpartum haemorrhage, eclampsia, postpartum blue. Known history of orthopaedic or neurological conditions of spine, upper limb and shoulder regions and musculoskeletal problems. History of anti-natal neck pain. No history of breast cancer on breast surgery. Pain radiating to arm. Spinal head ache problems are excluded.
