Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: Histologically confirmed NMIBC. Receiving Intravesical Induction phase of Gemcitabine Chemotherapy ECOG Performance Status less than 2. Patients must be physically capable of participating in yoga sessions, including the ability to perform basic physical movements and tolerate moderate physical exertion Patients willing to participate in the study by attending more than 80 percent of yoga sessions and comply with study assessments Not practicing any structured yoga for last 6 months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Histopathologically diagnosed Muscle-invasive bladder cancer Previous or concurrent systemic chemotherapy Contraindications to yoga (e.g.severe musculoskeletal conditions, unmanageable comorbidities). Cognitive or psychiatric conditions that limit adherence to the intervention.
