Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age between 65 to 80 years 2. Able to walk without mobility aids in their home. 4.Both male and female 6. Elder persons interested in preserving and improving balance

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe vision impairments 2. Diagnosed vestibular problems 3. Any acute medical conditions not stable. 4. Presence of a neuromuscular disorders. 5. Presence of any lower extremity musculoskeletal disorder.
