Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18 years to70 years. 2. ASA class 1 & 2 3. Patients diagnosed with frozen shoulder having shoulder pain and reduced range of motion for 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous shoulder surgery 2. Interventional pain procedures for shoulder pain in the last 6 months 3. Cervical spine disease 4. Patients suspected with rotator cuff injuries 5. Bleeding disorders 6. Allergy to the local Anesthetics 7. Local site infection
