Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Episodic migraine diagnosis established by a neurologist according to ICHD-3 2. Headache frequency: less than 15 episodes per month. 3. Patients willing to voluntarily participate 4. Patients able to comprehend English language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients not willing to voluntarily participate 2. Presence of neurological diseases other than migraine like seizures, head trauma etc. 3. Presence of degenerative or cervical disease 4. Patients with unstable angina or uncontrolled hypertension 5. Pregnancy 6. Recent neck surgery
