Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age limit from 20 to 60 yrs. 2. Patient irrespective of age, sex, religion etc. of hyperlipidemia. 3. Patient willing to participate in the study. 4. Patients with raised blood lipid profile. Lipid profile showing any one or more of the following criteria was considered diagnostic of hyperlipidemia a. Patient having Serum Triglycerides Level more than 150 mg/dl. b. Patient having Serum Total Cholesterol Level more than 200mg/dl. c. Patient having Serum High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol Level less than 40 mg/dl. d. Patient having Serum Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol Level more than 130mg/dl. e. Patient having serum Very-Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol Level more than 40 mg/dl

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having age below 20 years and above 60 years 2. Pregnant women & lactating mother. 3. Chronic illness and infection like Tuberculosis and HIV infection. 4. Patient is suffering with psychological disorders like depression anxiety. 5. Patient with Respiratory Diseases Complications, Coronary Heart Disease, systemic complication like malignancies, Hepatic or Renal Disease etc. 6. Patients having drug induced hyperlipidemia like steroids. 7. Patient having poorly controlled blood pressure more than 160/100 mmHg. 8. Any other conditions which the researcher thinks may jeopardize the study
