Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Fit athletes dominantly playing lower extremity sports. 2) Amateur sportsmen/fitness trainers having no history of old injury to lower extremity. 3) Athletes with history of lower extremity injury who underwent physio rehab for minimum 24 weeks and not more than 40 weeks. 4) Amateur sportsmen or trainers with history of injury to lower extremity but did not limit herself or himself to play their regular sports specialty.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Athletes having history of ankle injury or ankle fractures. 2) Calcaneal spur. 3) Fracture of spine or spinal injuries. 4) Disc spondylosis or cervical spondylosis. 5) Severe injuries to lower extremities. 6) Hair line fracture, recent knee surgeries or hip surgeries. 7) Person diagnosed with type 2 obesity.
