Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Young adults. 2.male and female. 3.Age group 19 to 28. 4.low physical activity level with score of 0-42.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Psychological disorders like: delirium, dementia. 2.Cardiopulmonary disease like: COPD, Asthma 3.Neurological condition. 4.Recent Orthopaedic condition.
