Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Adults aged between 18-30 years. 2. Self- reported physical inactivity (less than150 minutes of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity per week).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Regular participation in physical exercise 2. Medical conditions restricting physical activity. 3. Obese (BMI more than or equal to 30 kg/m2) 4. Females who are pregnant.
