Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients 18-65 yrs of age ASA-PS I - III Major elective non-cardiac surgery expected to last at least 2 hours under general anaesthesia

MeasureTime frame
To estimate the correlation between the mean SBRI and mean TPRI in patients undergoing major surgeries under general anesthesia.Timepoint: 0 min, 10 min, 1 hr, 2hr, 3hr and 4hr and every 1hr till the end of surgery

MeasureTime frame
To assess the agreement between the mean TPRI & mean SBRITimepoint: 0 minutes 10 minutes 1 hour 2hour 3hour 4 hour & every 1hour till the end of the surgery;To assess the number & percentage of patients where measurement of TPRI, or SBRI or both were not obtained, including the reasons for the same.Timepoint: 0 minutes 10 minutes 1 hour 2hour 3hour 4 hour & every 1hour till the end of the surgery;To examine the relationship between TPRI & SBRI with the absolute change in mean arterial pressure (MAP) from baseline, the requirement for vasopressors, & the vasopressor inotrope score.Timepoint: 0 minutes 10 minutes 1 hour 2hour 3hour 4 hour & every 1hour till the end of the surgery
