Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All handovers in the Post Anaesthesia Care Unit (PACU)carried out in routine hours (9am-6pm),including elective and emergency surgeries.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients shifted from the wards for medical management.
