Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Radiological confirmation by CT or MRI head suggestive of Ischemia / infarction 2. Non Pregnant / Non Lactating women 3. No H/o epilepsy/Seizure / dementia 4. controlled DM and Hypertention 5. conscious and can not sign consent 6. abrupt onset of focal neurological deficits that may include hemiparesis, hemi sensory deficits, dysarthria, facial droop and aphasia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Radiological confirmation by CT or MRI head suggestive of Hemorrhage / SOL / infections / degeneration 2. Pregnant / Lactating / intending to become pregnant 3. H/o epilepsy/Seizure / dementia 4. Uncontrolled DM and Hypertention 5. Semi and Unconscious and can not sign consent
