Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients aged above 18 years Patients requiring invasive mechanical ventilation for more than 24 hours Patient admitted to the intensive care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients with pre existing hematological disorders dialysis dependent chronic kidney disease patient

The primary outcome is the total duration of mechanical ventilation unit successful extubationTimepoint: 4 weeks
