Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. players playing at University-level games (Football, basketball and tennis) 2. Players practising for more than 6 months, 3 - 4 times a week. 3. Players between the age of 18-26 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Players suffering from any musculoskeletal conditions and injury in the last 6 weeks 2. players with uncontrolled diabetes and hypertension 3. Players with any diagnosed neurological or cardiovascular diseases. 4. Players currently taking any medications for infection or inflammation. 5. Smokers 6. Players underwent any Lower-limb surgery within the previous 6 months
