Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with a history of surgical intervention on the shoulder or upper extremity. 2. Any acute shoulder or upper limb injury (e.g., fracture, dislocation) within the past 3 months. 3. Presence of neurological conditions affecting shoulder function or motor control (e.g., cervical radiculopathy, stroke). 4.Ongoing participation in other structured shoulder rehabilitation or strengthening programs. 5. Inability to follow the intervention protocol due to scheduling conflicts, noncooperation, or cognitive limitations.
