Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Panchakarma practitioner practicing for minimum 1 year 2. Both gender 3. Age group 30 60 years 4. Working for maximum 6 hrs

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Not having neurological, cardiorespiratory and systemic disorder 2. Recent fracture on thumb or wrist. 3. Recent surgery.
