Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Sport Experience: Minimum of 2 years of continuous Kabaddi playing experience. 2. Diagnosis of Chronic Ankle Instability (CAI) and history of unilateral lateral ankle sprain. 3. At least two episodes of the ankle giving way in the past 6 months. 4. A Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool (CAIT) score less than or equal to 24. 5. Consent: Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Recent Injuries: Any acute lower limb injury in the last 3 months. 2. Other Medical Conditions like neurological, vestibular, or musculoskeletal disorders affecting balance. 3. Any psychological disorders and sleeping disturbance 4. Previous history of ankle or lower limb surgery. 5. Concurrent Training: Participation in any other balance or rehabilitation program during the study. 6. Use of medications affecting neuromuscular performance or balance
