Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients undergoing ECT 2. Agrees to participate in research 3. ASA I and II

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients with findings suggestive of full stomach 2.ASA ? and ? 3.Recent myocardial infarction (more than 3 months) 4.Recent stroke (less than 1 month), an intracranial mass, or increased ICP from any cause 5.Angina, poorly controlled heart failure, significant pulmonary disease, 6. Bone fractures, severe osteoporosis, pregnancy, glaucoma, and retinal detachment 7. History of porphyria’s 8.Allergy to medication
