Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Children aged 6-12 years 2. Patients with space maintainers 3. Good general health 4. Willingness to participate and comply with the study protocol 5. Patients who have not taken antibiotics or antifungal medications within the past 3 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of allergies to probiotics or synbiotics. 2. Patients with a compromised immune system. 3. Patients with any systemic disease that may affect oral health.
