Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Clinically diagnosed cases of post-haemorrhoidectomy day 1st wound will be taken for the study. 2. Patients irrespective of sex, religion, occupation & economic status. 3. Patients between the age group of 20 to 80 years. 4. Patients which agreed for treatment with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Age less than 20 years and more than 80 years 2. 2. Patients having internal haemorrhoids, Parikartika (Fissure-in-Ano) secondary to Ulcerative colitis, Syphilis, Crohnâ??s disease, Tuberculosis and Ca of rectum and anal canal. 3. Patients withHTN,DM2, infectious diseases like HIV/HbsAg/HCV. 4. Patients associated with conditions like Fissure, Fistula-in-Ano (Bhagandara). 5. Patients with Perianal abscess, rectal prolapsed and severe local sepsis 6. Immunocompromised patient, autoimmune disorder patient. 7. Not willing to give consent.
