Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with confirmed diagnosis of lung cancer (including small cell or non-small cell lung cancer and mesothelioma) W.H.O. Performance Status 0-2 and are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Critically ill patients of Lung cancer requiring ICU admissions Samples who cannot read and write in English and Hindi language

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is to assess the effectiveness of nurse led interventions on Symptom Cluster.Timepoint: Follow up will be taken on 3-5 weeks and on 6-8 weeks.—

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary outcome is to find out the association between selected demographic variables & baseline levels of cough, breathlessness & fatigue.Timepoint: At baseline & at 4-6 weeks & at 6-8 weeks—
