Intervention1: Intervention: All early oral cavity patients (pT1-2, N0, M0) with No relative histopathological risk factors and/or Brandwein- Gensler risk score- low risk and/or absence of tumor buddi

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Histologically proven non- metastatic Squamous cell carcinoma pT1 and 2 N0 M0 early oral cavity, Karnofsky performance score more than 70, Normal Hemogram, Renal Function tests,Liver Functions test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with Oral tongue as a sub-site (Despite of any histopathological factors oral tongue will be receiving adjuvant treatment),Patients with prior or synchronous malignancy,Patient who underwent prior Radiotherapy,Distant metastasis.

To determine if applying the histopathological risk model predict overall survival and local regional recurrence or lymph node metastasis in early oral cavity carcinoma, To determine if applying the histopathological risk model can influence decision making in early oral cavity carcinoma.
