Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: aged 20 to 50 years with mechanical neck pain and CVA more than 50 degrees were recruited

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Psychiatric disorder, Metabolic disorder, Hormonal disorder
