Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged between 25 65years of either gender, with clinically diagnosed lesion. 2. Patients with habit of tobacco consumption in any form. 3. Presence of lesion either on buccal/labial mucosa,with size not exceeding 4cm. 4. Patient voluntarily willing to be a part of the study after signing the informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who had undergone any previous treatment modality for leukoplakia. 2. Patients with any other associated disease such as OLP and OSMF 3. Patients with lesions on multiple sites. 4. Patients on steroids, immune modulators either topically or systemically. 5. Patient with any systemic/chronic debilitating diseases and who are on long term medications. 6. Pregnant or breastfeeding women.
