Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients presenting with the clinical features of shushkakshipaka. patients presenting with the clinical features of digital eye strain Using digital screen for 3hours or more at a stretch in a day for minimum of 1 year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: subjects suffering from infectious conditions of the eye like conjunctivitis scleritis uveitis which may interfere with the study subjects with history of corneal ulcer and pterygium subjects with history of systemic disease like diabetic mellitus rheumatoid arthritis pregnant lactating mother autoimmune disorders which may interfere with the study subjects with history of systemic disease leading to aqueous deficiencies sjogrens syndrome

To asses the reduction in dryness blurred vision burning sensation of eye watering of eye pain by schimmers test tear break up time test and other parameters with help of two modalities viz Rajani Daru siddha ksheera seka followed by lodhradi eye ointment and Rajani Daru siddha ksheera Seka followed by lodhradi arka aschyothana in the shushkakshipaka w s r to digital eye strainTimepoint: total duration of the study is 30 days seka done for 7 days and eye ointment given for 15 days with follow up after 1 week	—
