Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria- patients complaining of previous history of Raktapradar for at least two consecutive cycle. 2.Age group of patients between 25 to 45 years female 3.The duration of bleeding must be more than7days and quantity must be more than 3 pads per day per cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient suffering from severe anemia (Hemoglobin less than 7 gm%) 2.K/C/O any pelvic pathology like Tubo-ovarian mass, fibroid, polyp malignant tumour, endometriosis 3.K/C/O Thyroid dysfunction Hypertension Tuberculosis Diabetes mellitus 4.Patients with previously diagnosed Bleeding disorders like Hemophilia, Von Willebrand disease 5.Patients with IUCD OC pills
