Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group between 20 to 50 years 2. Both male and females will be included 3. Patients who will be undergoing extraction for non-restorable caries, failed root canal treatment, chronic periodontitis, fractured tooth with or without periapical lesion. 4. ASA I patients who are willing to undergo the socket preservation procedure 5. More than 2mm of keratinized gingiva 6. Good oral hygiene 7. Patient who are willing to follow-up
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of uncontrolled systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension, etc. 2. Pregnancy or lactating females 3. Chronic smokers 4. History of drug or alcohol abuse 5. Ongoing periodontal disease and bone loss 6. Patients under chemotherapy or radiotherapy or immunosuppressive therapy 7. Malignant hematopoietic disease 8. Any bone disorder 9. Patient is not willing for xenograft 10. Patients lacking compliance to post-surgical instructions
