Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: AGE : 17- 23 Years old Male Inter university kabaddi players. Continuously played the sport for at least three years. Ability to perform Oculomotor tasks: Saccades, Pursuits (SEM, PEM). Players interested to participate in training with their voluntary consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants undergone any type of sports training. Players underwent any kind of surgery. A history of any fractures and sprains during the previous six months. Players with vision issues like dizziness and refractive errors.

Physiological factors - Agility, Sprint & Eye leg coordination among Kabbadi players.Timepoint: Baseline, 4 weeks & 8 weeks
