Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consenting women with preeclampsia scheduled for cesarean section under spinal anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those known with chronic hypertension and other cardaic vascular disease, cerebro vascular disease, known fetal abnormalities or any contraindications to spinal block
