Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects who are willing to participate and from all genders with age 60 years and above and who fulfill fun or function category (measured by 30 second chair stand test) of slippery slope of aging

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) History of trauma 2) Tingling and numbness in arm. 3)Pain in cervical spine, shoulder, wrist and hand 4)Any neurological complains (Stroke, Parkinson )

Handgrip strength will be assesed using JAMAR Hand Dynamometer and Pinch grip strength will be assesed using B and L Pinch GaugeTimepoint: One time study
