Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primiparous postnatal women who delivered at 37 to 40 weeks of gestational age Undergone vaginal delivery Healthy newborn Who are willing to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers with Postnatal complications (eclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage), Multiparous women mothers with psychiatric condition (postpartum blues, depression and postpartum psychosis) Breast complications (severe breast engorgement, mastitis, breast abscess) Nipple complications (severe cracked nipple) Mothers of babies with cleft lip, cleft palate, preterm, neurological deficit, asphyxia, intracranial stress Multiple pregnancy Mode of delivery cesarean section
