Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age should be 18-60 years extraction of first and second, upper and lower permanent premolars for orthodontic reason Extraction of teeth in more than one dental arch, ie for prosthetic reason. Extraction of teeth who was diagnosed to be chronic periodontitis without apical periodontitis in more than one dental arch
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: pregnancy/lactation subjects who took analgesics 24 h prior. Not willing to give consent Active infection Patient who was under prior antibiotics therapy other than dental condition
