Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ATHLETES: Indian female para-badminton athletes (age: 18-35 years) competing actively for past 2 years in Women Singles, Doubles or Mixed Doubles categories in competitions recognized by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC), Athletes having access to internet, laptop/smartphone, Athletes who can read, understand, and respond independently or with minimal assistance in English or Hindi. COACHES: Male or Female para badminton athletes coaches (age: 25-60 years), who have primarily trained the aforementioned athletes and have experience training athletes who achieved significant international or national-level performances Having access to internet, laptop/smartphone Who can read, understand, and respond independently or with minimal assistance in English or Hindi.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ATHLETES: Athletes who have never menstruated (e.g., premenarchal individuals or certain medical conditions), Currently injured para-athletes, Intellectually impaired para-athletes. COACHES: Coaches with less than 1 year of experience in training female para-athletes.
